Frequently asked Questions
How do I find clients?
Are the forms and information valid in all states?
The information is valid in all of the US, because you will be using federal laws. There are some state-by-state differences, but it is all covered in the training manual.
Will I ever have to attend court?
You will be using federal law to restore credit, but neither you nor your clients will ever have to attend court because of an account you are involved with. Our system shows you how to prevent any judgements against your clients, and how to avoid "waking the sleeping dog."
Will I ever be threatened by a creditor or collection agaency?
You will be working behind the scenes on behalf of your client. The creditors, collection agencies, and credit bureaus will not know that you are involved in the process. The only people who will be aware are you and your client. The training manual will explain this process in detail.
How do I check for competition in my area?
You can look in the yellow pages or any other phone directory. If you live in a big city, you will definatley see some competitors. I urge you to call them and ask about their fees. If you see alot of competition, do not be discouraged. I will show you how to beat the big boys.
What are the start up costs?
The start up costs are very low when compared to any other business. All of the forms and information you will need to sign your first client can be found in our training guide. The only other expense will be to incorporate your business and obtaining a business license. You will make whatever you spent to start up back immediatley. I started with none of my own money, and I will show you how you can too!
How long before I can get started?
You can get started right after you understand the material in our manual.
Do I need to have a legal backround?
No. When I started in this business I had no legal experience. You must be familiar with a group of laws, but you will never have to have an extensive backround in the law to be successful.
Can I run this business part-time?
Yes! Do not quit your day job yet. My job actually helped me get started because of the referrals I received from co-workers. The amount of work involved with credit repair is very low, but most people do not know this. You client can do everything you are going to do for themselves, but they are not aware or they're don't have the time.
Can everyone's credit be restored?
No. That's why you will pre-qulaify every potential client before they fill out any paperwork or pay you any fee. This is a very important part of the business that unethical professionals forget. You can only obtain clients who need your services. Doing things the right way is very important.
How much can I expect to make?
If you go into the business with the intention to help people better their lives and give an honest effort, you can seriously make a lot of money. Most successful credit restoration professionals make about $50,000 per year, because one person can comfortably handle about 15-20 clients per month. If you do employ an assistant and a sales team, your income will approach $100,000 per year.
